Conditions of Participation

A company that would like to participate in the Exhibition has to send a preliminary request to the Organizer, and register as a Participant. After receiving the Participant’s request the Organizer sends him/her an Exhibition – Seminar Participant’s Contract and all the required information regarding additional services.
Registration Fee

The registration fee for participating organizations is 9000 rub/ 200 Euros;

it includes:

• Publishing the participant’s info in the Exhibition Visitor’s Guide and on the Overseas Property Exhibition official webpage;
• one copy of a guide, accreditation of three company representatives (grants a right to work with a stand);
• package of informational documents ;
• the overall exposition security; passage and public space cleaning; common electric lighting, heating and ventilation;
• participation in all events of the Exhibition, excluding the events requiring a personal invitation.

    1. Equipped display area
    Price of participation:
    Up to June 2nd 2009 – 9000 rub/m2 (200 Euros)
    From June 3rd 2009 to July 15th 2009 – 11250 rub/ m2 (250 Euros)
    From July 16th 2009 to August 15th 2009 – 13500 rub/m2 (300 Euros)
    From August 16th 2009 to September 20th 2009 – 15 750 rub/m2 (350 Euros)

    Includes: a standard exhibition module, common security, passage and public space cleaning.
    In case you choose a stand with enhanced visibility an extra charge is applied:
    10 % – for a Corner-stand (2 accessible sides)
    15 % – for a “Peninsula” stand-type (3 accessible sides)
    20 % – for an “Island” stand-type (4 accessible sides)

    2. Unequipped display area


    Price of participation:
    Up to June 2nd 2009 -– 8100 rub / m2 (180 Euros)
    From June 3rd   2009 to July 15th   2009  – 10350 rub/ m2 (230 Euros)
    From July 16th 2009 to August 15th  2009 – 12600 rub / m2 (280 Euros)
    From August 16th  2009 to September 20th 2009 – 14850 rub /m2 (330 Euros)
    Includes:  exhibition area for  installation the stand , security, passage and public space cleaning.
    The access to power outlet is ordered separately.

    3. Remote participation
    Price of participation: 11250 rub/ 250 Euros   (registration fee included)
    Includes:  accreditation of 2 company representatives (a possibility to distribute advertising materials);
    The company will be included in the list of participants, posted on the Exhibition’s official webpage: www.realfor.ru;
    Placing the participant’s info  into the Exhibition Visitor’s Guide.

    4. Refusal to participate
    The participant is obliged to inform the organizer on the matter of refusal to participate in the property exhibition in a written form. If the participant informs the organizer about his refusal before June 16th  2009, the participant is obliged to pay the forfeit penalty in the amount of 50% of the participation price, if the participant informs the organizer about his refusal after June 16th  2009 – the forfeit penalty will be equal to a 100% of the participation price.
