TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN CONGRESS

Dear property market professionals!
We kindly invite you to participate in the Overseas Property Congress, which is going to be held on îctober 1-2 ,2009 at the “Park Inn Pulkovskaya” hotel as a part of the INFOREAL International Real Estate Forum. Requests are accepted till September 25th , 2009.



Before you fill in the registration form please review the Congress Agenda (Overseas Property Congress menu section) and the Congress Participant’s Package contents.

In order to make your work at the Congress more effective and most comfortable the Organizing Committee recommends you to choose Congress Participant’s Package # 1. It includes dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, provides the participant’s portfolio with all Congress materials, etc.

Forum participants are required to pay transportation and accommodation expenses.

Congress Participant’s Package #1 (complete)

If you pay up to June 15th, 2009, the price of participation is 5000 rub. /140 Euros per each participant.
From June 16th , 2009 up to July 15th 2009 –5500 rub./150 Euros per each participant.
From July 16th 2009 up to September 25th, 2009 – 6400 rub./180 Euros per each participant.


Participant’s Package #1 includes:

  • Plenary meeting admission, participation in sections/round tables activities.
  • Participant’s portfolio – includes Congress documentation and materials.
  • Coffee-break (October 1st ,2nd ).
  • Dinner (October 1st ,2nd ).
  • CD containing Congress participants reports.
  • Congress participant honorary diploma.
  • A free CD containing the Congress photos will be distributed on the INFOREAL real estate exhibition (Ice Palace , October 3rd , from 11.00 to 17.00).
  • A possibility to participate (for extra charge) in cultural program of the Forum (coach and motor-ship sight-seeing tours).
  • A possibility to participate (for extra charge) in Welcome Reception , dedicated to the National Real Estate Award CREDO (on October 2nd 2009).
  • A possibility to participate (for extra charge) in Banquet on the Neva River (on October 1st 2009).


Participant’s Package # 2 (light)

If you pay up to June 15th 2009 , the price will be – 1500 rub./50 Euros per each participant.
From June 16th to July 15th 2009 , the price will be – 1800 rub./60 Euros per each participant.
From July 16th 2009 up to September 25th 2009, the price will be – 2300 rub./70 Euros per each participant.

Participant’s Package # 2 includes:
