The Overseas Property Congress
The Overseas Property Congress for professionals will be held in Saint-Petersburg on May, 14-15, 2009 at “Park Inn Pulkovskaya” Hotel (Victory sq., 1).
The Congress first day will be dedicated to business tours, and in the evening the participants will be invited to a comfortable motor-ship banquet and floor-show. The Congress second day will start with a plenary meeting. Russian and foreign professional associations’ members, members of the Congress Supervisory Board and organizers are going to address the meeting. The further program includes the work in sections.
Main topics of the Congress are:
- specifying the nature of a potential overseas property buyer in Russia and analysis of current overseas property promotion and advertising technologies in Russia;
- realtor business on the overseas property market;

- international property market development, analysis and forecasts;

During the Congress, Russian professionals: realtors, developers, investors and mortgage specialists will get a unique chance to get acquainted with their foreign colleagues’ projects and methods of conducting business on foreign property markets.
