Conditions of Participation
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE INFOREAL OVERSEAS PPOPERTY EXHIBITIONA company that wishes to participate in the Exhibition needs to send a preliminary application to the Organizer, and register as a Participant. After receiving the application the Organizer will contact the Participant to discuss the details of participation and provide all required information regarding all types of provided additional services.
ATTENTION! All listed prices include VAT (18%)!
Registration fee for participating organization works out 10 000 rub/ 240 euro
It includes:
- specifying the company on the list of Exhibition’s participants and on the official web-page of the event: www.realfor.ru/en;
- placing of information about the company in the Visitors’ Agenda;
- accreditation of three company representatives with the right to work on their stand;
- package of informational materials;
- full security of the exposition area; passage and public space cleaning; common electric lighting, heating and ventilation.
1. EQUIPPED AREA
9 000 rub per sq.m. (215 euro) – 30% prepaying from participation cost since October 17 to December 31/2011
10 000 rub per sq.m. (240 euro) – 100% pay of participation cost since January 3 to February 8, 2012
It includes: a standard exhibition module, general security, passage and public space cleaning.
In case you choose a stand with enhanced visibility an extra charge is applied:
5 % – for a Corner-stand (2 accessible sides)
10 % – for a “Peninsula” stand (3 accessible sides)
15 % – for an “Island” stand (4 accessible sides)
2. UNEQUIPPED DISPLAY AREA ON THE LEDOVIJ DVORETS ARENA
8 000 rub per sq.m. (200 euro) – 30% prepaying from participation cost to December 31, 2011
9 000 rub / per sq.m. (215 euro) – 100% pay of participation cost since January 3 to February 8, 2012
It includes: exhibition area for installation of the stand, general security, passage and public space cleaning. The access to power outlet must be ordered separately.
3. PARTICIPATING IN OVERSEAS PROPERTY CONSULTATION CENTER (1st floor)
A company, that wishes to participate in Overseas Property Consultation Center, should send a preliminary application to the Organizer and also should write a form to reserve a stand in “For professionals” section (www.realfor.ru/en). After a company should register as Participant.
PARTICIPATION COST – 20 000 RUB / 475 euro
Package of Consultation Center participant includes:
- undeveloped 4 sq.m. area (a set of furniture set, 2 bar stools);
- publishing information about participant on the official website of the exhibition: www.realfor.ru/en;
- accreditation of 2 company representatives with possibility to work on their stand (price of accreditation of the additional representative works out 1000 rub/ 25 euro per one person);
- general security, passage and public space cleaning, common electric lighting, heating and ventilation;
- specifying the company on the list of Exhibition's participants and on the official web-page of the event: www.realfor.ru/en.
4. REMOTE PARTICIPATION
Price - 12 000 rub / 280 euro (registration fee included)
It includes:
- accreditation of two company representatives (a possibility to distribute advertising materials);
- specifying the company on the list of Exhibition’s participants and on the official web-page of the event: www.realfor.ru/en;
- placing of company information in the in a brochure for visitors.
ADDITIONAL ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE EXHIBITION PARTICIPANTS:
- presentation for the visitors at the overseas property seminar (30 min) - 8 000 RUB (200 euro)
- placing the banner on the arena - 5 000 RUB (120 euro)
