About the Congress

September 29, 30 the Overseas property Congress for professionals was held in Saint-Petersburg.

The Congress was opened with plenary meeting, addressed by representatives of foreign and Russian professional associations.

The agenda includes the following sections:
1. «Effective advertising of the overseas properties in Web» Seminar.
2. «Luxury property in Russia and abroad» conference.
3. «Overview of overseas property markets» session and «Peculiarities of overseas property market business».
4. «Presentation of Russian and international projects on property market» Special section.

During the congress Russian professionals – realtors, developers, investors and mortgage experts – had a unique chance to find out information about new projects and methods of work on the overseas property markets from their foreign counterparts. Foreign specialists could learn of Russian buyer peculiarities and the "rules of the game" on the local market. The Congress offers a great opportunity to establish business-contacts between foreign and Russian companies in order to develop partnership or to set up a representative network in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Russian regions and CIS countries.
