CREDO contest

1. General provisions.
1.1. The Annual National Contest in Property, Construction and Mortgage Lending – CREDO (further - Contest) was established in order to award individuals, business and non-profit organizations that have significantly contributed to implementation and introduction of new managerial methods, modern technology, as well as to award those possessing high professional and business qualities that ensure the development of Russian property market. 

1.2. The Contest is aimed on assisting the developing the property market, implementing innovative technologies, encouraging professionalism and identifying the best experts and organizations operating on Russian property market, in construction industry and on national mortgage market.

1.3. The Contest is held in the following nominations:

Nomination #1
“For personal contribution to development of the property market in Russian Federation” (awarded to one governmental representative and one representative of business community)
Nomination #2
“Best developer organization operating on high-rise housing market”
Nomination #3
“Best developer organization operating on the market of low-rise and suburban housing”
Nomination #4
“Best realtor organization operating on urban property market”
Nomination #5
“Best realtor organization operating on countryside property market”
Nomination #6
“Best credit organization operating on mortgage lending market”
Nomination #7
“Best broker organization operating on mortgage lending market”  
Nomination #8
“Best Russian broker organization operating on foreign property market”
Nomination #9
“Best media dedicated to Russian property market” (awarded to one printed edition and to one e-media)


1.4. The list of nominations may be altered upon decision of the Contest Jury.
1.5. Presentation of candidates is carried out prior to the Civil Housing Forum and the INFOREAL International Real Estate Forum.
1.6. The procedure of voting and awarding the winners of the Contest will be held during the red-carpet treatment organized within the framework of these events.

2. Order of candidates’ nomination
2.1. The nomination of candidates is carried out throughout the year by professional participants of the “Zhilishniy Proekt” exhibition-seminar, during the St. Petersburg Mortgage Forum (nominations #6-7), St. Petersburg Housing Congress (nominations #1-7, 9) and by the participants of the INFOREAL Overseas Property Congress (nomination #8) after their registration on the web-pages of these events.
2.2. Each registered participant of the Petersburg Housing Congress and the INFOREAL Overseas Property Congress may fill in a bulletin  and submit their candidates. The bulletin is posted on official web-pages of the events.
2.3. One participant can submit up to three candidates in each of the nominations mentioned in paragraph 1.3. Please specify the first, the second and the third places. After you fill the bulletin please mail it at:

2.4. The nomination of Contest candidates finishes on September 22, 2011. All proposals made during the discussion are sent to jury.
2.5. On the basis of proposals received, considering their justification and details of the candidates’ performance obtained in the course of receiving applications, jury formulates a list of three candidates for each of the nominations specified in paragraph 1.3 (excluding the category #1). The voting will be held during the St. Petersburg Housing Congress, St. Petersburg Mortgage Forum and on the INFOREAL Overseas Property Congress.
2.6. The information about candidates nominated (except for the category #1) to be awarded with the title of a Contest winner should be posted on the events’ official web-pages in advance (at least 1 day prior to the beginning of events).
 
3. Procedure of voting and Contest results summing up
3.1. Voting for Contest nominations is carried out among professional market participants (in accordance with the paragraph 2.1) on the basis of a survey.
3.2. During the registration each participant of the events receives a questionnaire, where all the data regarding nominations and candidates is contained.  Voting is performed through selecting the first, the second and the third places in each nomination.
3.3. Filled questionnaires are forwarded to the jury.
3.4. The Contest Jury is formed from the members of the Supervisory Board and Executive Committee of the Civil Housing Forum, the Organizing Committee of the
INFOREAL Overseas Property Congress  and St. Petersburg Mortgage Forum.
3.5. The Jury may also include independent experts, the most reputable specialists working in the property domain.
3.6. The list of Juries will be posted at the official web-pages of the Civil Housing Forum and  INFOREAL International Real Estate Forum .
3.7. All winners (except for the nomination #1) are determined by the jury, through summation of votes provided by market professionals for a candidate (3 points are awarded for each first place, 2 - for second and 1 point is awarded for each third place). Winners in the nomination #1 are determined by the jury through summation of votes provided for a candidate by the Congress members, and on the basis of submitted bulletins, in accordance to paragraph 2.2 (3 points are awarded for each first place, 2 - for second and 1 point is awarded for each third place).
3.8. The awarding of winners will be carried out during the Civil Housing Forum and the  INFOREAL International Real Estate Forum .
3.9. The Civil Housing Forum Executive Committee reserves the right to distinguish the contribution to the development of Russian property market with honorary diplomas and valuable gifts to members of St. Petersburg Housing Congress.
