The other challengers in this nomination were: “Advecs.Nedvizhimost” corporation (Saint-Petersburg) and “Zagorodnoe Agentstvo Nedvizhimosti” (Moscow). Totally, around 3000 companies offer overseas property to Russians.

The prize has been awarded in Saint-Petersburg, on the Gala Dinner, which has been held as a part of the INFOREAL International Real Estate Forum and Civil Housing Forum. The award has been presented by the co-chairman of the INFOREAL Forum Organizing Committee and the Prian.ru project manager, Mikhail Kelim.
