According to the deputy chairman of the Karelian Realtors Association, CEO of “Desyataya Liniya” realtor agency, Lyudmila Tobina, the interest expressed by citizens of Karelia towards foreign property (located primarily in the neighboring Finland) is quite high. However, in technical and organizational terms, such international transactions require more labor contributions. She thinks that, in order to solve this problem, an effective interaction should be established between Karelian and Finnish realtor agencies and trade-union confederations. “Discussions dedicated to international cooperation of realtors will certainly be one of the most topical at the INFOREAL Forum”, Lyudmila Tobina says.
