According to the executive director of the Archangelsk Association of Realtors, Mikhail Baharev, residents of Arkhangelsk have recently started to express strong interest in buying property abroad. They mainly purchase overseas properties for leisure purposes - citizens realize that it’s more profitable to buy real estate abroad (possibly splitting the bill with one or two families), rather than to rent it or find a hotel every year. “I am convinced that participation in the INFOREAL Forum will allow us to find new business partners among the companies operating in foreign property domain, with which we will probably conclude joint deals in the future. This will save time and money of customers from Arkhangelsk, and minimize their risks. Members of our professional association have already visited the INFOREAL Forum in May and were very satisfied with its results, that is why we fully support the next event and will take an active part in it”, – Mikhail Bakharev said.
